We understand how fundamentally important the first five years in your child’s life are. These foundational years shape a child’s future health, growth, development, and learning. Early experiences provide the basis for healthy brain development, and we are committed to providing quality care and education that enables this to occur.
Educare Little Learners recognises the importance of supporting your child’s emotional and social development as much as their language and cognitive development. As children develop socially, they learn to take turns, help others, play with others, and cooperate. Children who have emotional awareness can recognise and understand their own feelings and actions and the feelings and actions of others, and how these affects them and others. Developing emotional and social skills helps children develop empathy, have more positive relationships, self-regulate, and be more engaged in school.
Hours of operation
Our Centre hours of operation are from 6:45am until 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. We are only closed on public holidays. Please note there is no charge for public holidays.
Nutrition
At Educare Little Learners, our mealtimes are so much more than food! They are rich times of connection as we emphasise the importance of healthy eating while enjoying conversation and company. All dietary, cultural, and medical needs are catered for by our on-site cook.

Environment
At Educare Little Learners, our indoor and outdoor environments are purposely designed to maximise learning opportunities. Our spaces foster children’s natural curiosities, inspire critical thinking and nurture imaginative and creative play. Our environment is safe and clean with a strong emphasis on natural, open-ended resources and sustainable practices.
Safety & Security

Our Centre is only accessible via single entry security gate with key code access. Detailed electronic records are kept of each child’s attendance and the child will only be released to people authorised by the family to collect the child.
All staff are trained in first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis care and safe food-handling practices. Each educator and volunteer holds a current Working with Children check and each employee has completed Safe Environments training and is a mandated reporter.
Xplor
Communication with families is paramount to the holistic care of your child. Here at Educare Little Learners we use a variety of methods of communication, including our online platform Xplor.
Through the Xplor website and mobile app our educators and families can interact regarding the care and wellbeing of each child. Features include secure sign-in and out, meal and nappy updates, sleep times and photos of your child’s day.
